Furniture and decor appear quite tired from years of use!!! A lack of basic amenities like a hairdryer or fridge made the stay disappointing. More attention to cleanliness and maintenance would be appreciated too!!!

The breakfast at the hotel is a total game-changer! Homemade muffins had me coming back for seconds. Plus, the onsite restaurant serves up fantastic meals at great prices. Couldn't get enough! The location is also prime, just a short stroll to all the historic hotspots.
The mattress was a bit too firm for my liking, and the street noise crept in during the night. Also, figuring out the best nook for work took a minute, but that didn’t steal the sparkle from my stay!

would definitely come back there
Great location in the Historic District! The triple room was spacious with a lot of natural light. Every day we had fresh water bottles and comfy beds. The bathroom was nice with provided toiletries. Staff was friendly and helpful. There’s also a restaurant and bar, but we didn’t try them. It felt very clean and welcoming!

Had a nice time enjoying the clean facilities and the relaxing sun terrace! The karaoke nights were a blast and offered a fun way to unwind. Just a heads up, my room felt a bit stuffy without a window, but it didn’t ruin my experience. 😊

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Isabel! The triple room was spacious with plenty of natural light and comfortable beds. The location was perfect, just a quick walk to major attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and street food. We were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary water bottles every day!
The internet was a bit slow at times.

great location but noisy rooms
The colonial architecture creates a charming atmosphere to enjoy on sunny days. The front-facing rooms offer beautiful views, but they can be quite loud. The quiet rooms at the back ensured a good night’s sleep after my long travels. I appreciated the hotel's vintage charm, reminiscent of my backpacking days years ago.
Louder front rooms affected the overall tranquility.

The room was comfortable and bright with plenty of light. The bed was cozy, and everything felt exceptionally clean. We got free water bottles daily, which was a nice touch. However, the street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy at night, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. Lots of space to chill, and the balcony was a bonus!

missingWrote a review on Jun 23charming locationclean roompoor serviceinaccurate advertisinglimited dining options
Service has noticeably declined, with staff no longer accommodating guests as they once did. The location remains excellent, just a short walk to key attractions, and the cleanliness of the rooms is commendable. However, the dining experience has suffered, with limited food options and discrepancies from what’s advertised. Staying here might leave you feeling like the hotel is more focused on profit than guest satisfaction.

missingWrote a review on Jun 01friendly staffspacious roomshelpful tour deskwasteful water bottles
Had an amazing group getaway with friends! We explored the Historic District, and the tour desk was super helpful in arranging our Pyramid visit and dinner at a local restaurant. The staff was friendly, and we loved the spacious rooms and the clean facilities. Don't miss out on the recommended breakfast, which gives a great start to the day!
One downside was that drinking water was only provided in plastic bottles, which felt wasteful. It would have been nice to have a more eco-friendly option during our stay.
